Philip has over 40 years of extensive experience in shipping, cargo handling, maritime and port development and maintenance works, covering over twenty countries. Phil has previously worked as a maritime contractor, designer, port engineer and managing director of a major port corporation. In his current consulting role, Philip is well regarded as an innovative and independent port engineer, advisor, peer reviewer, risk assessor and asset manager.

Phil is credentialled as a CPEng – Civil, a Registered APEC Engineer, International Professional Engineer, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Invited Fellow of Engineers Australia (Civil).
